Honorable Secretary

Sri. C. Gangi Reddy garu, Honorable Secretary, was born in the year 1954 to sri C. Narayana Reddy garu and C. Rajamma garu. Belonging to agricultural family in Siddulapally situated close to birth place of saint poet Thallapaka Annamacharya, envisioned and founded Annamacharya Educational Trust. AITS Kadapa was instituted under auspices of AET. Sri C. Gangi Reddy garu is the epitome of a self-disciplined and visionary man. Sri C. Gangi Reddy garu served AP Government in the capacities of Sub Register in the registration department, District Registrar for Ranga Reddy district before his voluntary retirement in the year 2009.

Gangi Reddy garu’s ardor in self-resilience through education and virtues imbibed from true education lead him for the establishment of educational institutions. His continual vigilance and nurturing of the institutes inspires the staff to maintain and keep up the standards following effective governance strategies. He is a rare combination of leadership qualities with service oriented motto. His commitment towards uplifting rural region of Rayalaseema through education brought him coveted “Rayalaseema Ratna” award conferred by State Government of Andhra Pradesh. He is the first person from Kadapa District to receive “Edupreneur Award 2013” in the ceremonial function held in New Delhi presided by Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Former Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development. Sri C. Gangi Reddy garu is the back bone of the institute.

Executive Director and Treasurer

Sri C. Abhishek Reddy garu was born to sri C. Gangi Reddy garu and smt C. Shashikala garu. C. Abhishek Reddy garu is specialized in International Marketing and Project from UK. He is instrumental in building a strategic system in Annamacharya group as a Treasurer with his expertise in understanding world affairs and formal education. Freshness in the institutional environment was influenced by his exposure to several countries such as France, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Germany, Belgium, Qatar and US as a student coordinator and bringing up relevant educational culture. Abhishek Reddy garu is active in establishing industry-Academic relations and establish robust relationships. Being an alumnus of London School of Economics and Political Science with specialization in Entrepreneurship and Global Leadership, he is influential in high success of campus placements.

He is passionate about executing technologies to enhance the performance at different levels. He is focused to cultivate a research philosophy and discipline that nurtures students for personality development and knowledge enhancement. Not just limiting to this, Abhishek Reddy garu also encourages indoor and outdoor activities to enliven students’ education during their stay at the institute.

Principal

Dr. Sudhakara Reddy is a committed administrator serving AITS Kadapa as a Principal since its inception in the year 2010. His devotion towards his work and passion in teaching is exemplary and motivational. He is meticulous towards every detail with regard to the college and students. Dr. Sudhakara Reddy acquired Bachelor of Technology degree from Bangalore University with first class in Mechanical Engineering discipline in the year 1988. Later his master’s degree was in the specialization of Machine Design from JNTU Hyderabad in 1998. His research pursuit continued in the same university and subsequently, he received his Ph.D. for the research on “Applications of DSS and Expert systems in the areas of Project Management and Manufacturing, Planning and Control” in December 2008 from JNTU Hyderabad.

His interest towards academics has drawn him to pursue teaching career. Dr. Sudhakara Reddy has teaching experience of more than 25 years. His early career started as Assistant Professor in KSRM College of Engineering and eventually to Professor in the department of mechanical engineering. He has gripping administrative skills in conduct of examinations as a result of his experience as Additional Chief Superintendent, and Chief Superintendent for university examinations nearly throughout his teaching career. Other VIP assignments in which he was active include Steering Committee Member of NBA Accreditation, Chairman of Industry Institution Interaction, and Member of R & D cell. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India) and Life member of ISTE. Publications in various journals and conferences are few feathers in his cap. He is very particular in imbibing discipline to students and encourages them to adopt ethical pathway for their overall development. His leadership and administrative skills made him ultimate choice of management for assuming the chair of Principal in AITS Kadapa since July 2010.
