ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS ONLINE QUIZ

The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering of ‘Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences:: Kadapa, had conducted a series of National level Online e-quiz during the pandemic Covid 19 based on Basic Electrical power systems from 12/08/2020 to 13/08/2020.

The aim of this quiz is to familiarize participants about how an electric power system as a network of electrical components is deployed to supply, transfer, and use electric power. An attempt is made to assess information known to students on transmission system that carries the power from the generating centers to the load centers and the distribution system that feeds the power to nearby homes and industries.

Patron of the Quiz was the Principal Dr. A. Sudhakara Reddy. E- Certificates were provided to all the participants of the Quiz. It was open to all the interested students as well as the faculty. The eligibility for the pass percentage of quiz was 50%. Each day 100 certificates were issued for eligible candidates. Registrations were free.
