The objectivity: To enhance students mindset, behavior, and interactions to bring out their best.

AITS, Kadapa conducted a Personality Development Programme for the I. B. Tech and Diploma students on 5th November 2025. The objective of conducting this programme is to enhance students’ mindset, behavior, and interactions to bring out their best. Senior Tollywood Actor Sri KV Pradeep Kumar graced the occasion as the chief guest and gave some tips to the students on how to master their minds. All I. B. Tech and Diploma students from several departments attended the programme. Sri C Gangi Reddy, Secretary, AITS Group, Sri C Yella Reddy, Vice Chairman, AITS Group and Dr A Sudhakara Reddy, Principal, AITS, Kadapa , Dr. K. N. Shasi Kumar , HoD, H&S, and H&S faculty graced the event.
